Favorite Place (The Mountains)

Being new to this whole blog thing, I am not really sure how to start this blog off. That being said, I would like to share with you my favorite place to go at any given time. Here is a picture of the place that I enjoy most:

This is the Rocky Mountains. I am from Colorado, and the mountains are always a quiet and peaceful place to get your mind off stressful things or to think about anything. It is always nice to go on a hike and just find a spot to sit and think while looking at an amazing view!

    Oh, this is great, Justin: there are always people who are posting about Colorado as a favorite place, but it is not so common to meet someone who is from Colorado. Wonderful! That means you will have an excuse to keep going back there all your life. And of course there are lots of great legends from the people who have lived in and around the Rocky Mountains... you might enjoy taking a look at this book when you start brainstorming possible topics in Week 2: Myths and Legends of Our Own Land — 7: Along the Rocky Range

    The picture you posted of the Rocky Mountains is absolutely breathtaking!! I've been around a lot of places in the US and even in Colorado specifically, but that is not one that I have made it to yet. I will definitely have to put it on my list of places that i want to go check out
